DevFestSS Uyo: The biggest Technology Conference in Southern Nigeria

The biggest community-run developers’ event is expected to hold in Uyo on the 16th of November 2018 at Je-nissi events, 7 Akpaube street off IBB Avenue, Uyo. 1000+ lovers of technology and enthusiasts around the world are expected to grace the event. GDG DevFest South South brings together the world class experts in Android, Web and Cloud technologies to Uyo for a 1 day of sessions, workshops and showcases.

DevFests are large scale community-run events that can offer speaker sessions across Google product areas, workshops, codelabs or hackathons. The program is powered by World’s largest search Engine – Google. This year’s DevFest which is scheduled to take place in Uyo, is organized by developers who are organizers of several Google Developer Groups in collaboration with several other GDGs in the South South Region of Nigeria with GDGUyo as the host.

Sessions will be focused on modern age technologies: Android, Machine Learning/ Artificial Intelligence, Cloud, Web, UI/UX, Kotlin, IOT, Firebase, Angular and other great technologies concepts. DevFest Speakers are amazing. Super cooked and prepared to deliver world-class contents that will change the way developers and business owners do things henceforth.
It must be recalled that last year’s DevFest event was held in Aba, Abia State where developers around the world gathered for the epoch making event. It is usually an event that brings young people together and help them connect and find solutions to pressing tech problems.
